Vertrouwenscontactpersoon VCP
Een vertrouwenscontactpersoon is binnen PSV Gymnastiek het eerste aanspreekpunt voor iedereen die iets kwijt wil over alles wat te maken heeft met grensoverschrijdend gedrag, zoals pesten, (seksuele) intimidatie, agressie, geweld en discriminatie.
De vertrouwenscontactpersoon is er voor iedereen op de club: van trainer tot sporter en van vrijwilliger tot toeschouwer. De vertrouwenscontactpersoon luistert graag naar jouw verhaal, kijkt samen met jou naar de mogelijkheden en verwijst je door, mocht dit nodig zijn. Het gesprek is vertrouwelijk, maar garandeert geen geheimhouding. (De geheimhouding kan alleen doorbroken worden vanwege een conflict van plichten of uiterste gewetensnood).

A confidential contact person (in Dutch vertrouwenscontactpersoon) is the first point of contact within PSV Gymnastics for anyone who wants to talk about anything to do with inappropriate behaviour, such as bullying, (sexual) intimidation, aggression, violence and discrimination.
The confidential contact person is there for everyone at the club: from trainer to athlete and from volunteer to spectator. The confidential contact person listens to your story, explores the possibilities together with you and refer you, if necessary. The conversation is confidential, but does not guarantee secrecy. (The confidentiality can only be broken because of a conflict of duties or extreme distress of conscience).
